Washington D.C. Marriott Marquis – AANS Headquarters Hotel
901 Massachusetts Avenue NW
$350/Single

The 1,175-room, 49-suite Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C. is designed to reflect its surroundings and complement the adjacent Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Guests will also find direct access to the convention center via an underground concourse connection. The hotel features more than 100,000 square feet of event space, offering 54 breakout rooms, a grand lobby with an atrium skylight, and five retail and restaurant outlets on the ground floor. Conveniently located near Penn Quarter, D.C. City Center and the Verizon Center, the Marriott Marquis makes it easy to explore Washington, D.C.'s best attractions.

The American Association of Neurological Surgeons' (AANS') Housing Bureau, onPeak, will process hotel reservations based on choice and availability. All reservation requests must be made through the AANS Housing Bureau onPeak.

Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve, and space-available basis. Please support the AANS by booking your room through the Housing Bureau onPeak at one of the official AANS Annual Scientific Meeting Hotels. By doing this you are helping your association in many ways. In order for the AANS to obtain the necessary amount of meeting and exhibit space at the convention center and the hotels, the AANS must commit to a minimum number of guest rooms. If the commitment is not fulfilled, the association will incur significant financial penalties and have difficulty obtaining sufficient meeting space in the future. Unfortunately, this can have a major impact on member services and programs the association is able to offer. The official hotels have been selected because they are in good locations, provide a variety of rates and have consistently shown a high level of product and service.
